UKRAINE SITUATION UPDATE
We are deeply saddened us about the situation in Ukraine. As a company that enables trade between countries and peoples across the globe, we strive for a more connected world, with peace and prosperity for everyone. Currently, our greatest concern and our highest priority is the safety of our employees. We have therefore closed operations in Ukraine until further notice. We are closely monitoring the situation and we will keep you updated about any further developments.
COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary
measures to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our
customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and
guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our
priority.
There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
We
will always notify you via email if there is a delay.
Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.
Shipping destinations:
- We ship both locally and worldwide.
Shipping times:
- FREE worldwide shipping: Orders take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via USPS.
- International orders take 14-21 business days to be delivered and we ship for FREE within the same 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
- After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the order track number.
Shipping cost:
- Orders shipped via Free worldwide shipping method will have free shipping.
- Orders shipped via Express international shipping method will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
- We may offer Free Shipping on all orders for limited time!
- Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We run discounts and promotions all year, So stay tuned for exclusive deals.
My
package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it!
If your
package tracking information is showing as delivered but you cannot locate your
package we suggest checking around with friends/family/neighbors or any leasing
or office staff in your building to see if they may have received it by
mistake.

How can I change my delivery address?

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
Our corporate office is in London UK. We have warehousing capabilities in the US, Europe and Asia and through various partnerships are able to ship around the world. Our non warehouse operations staff are located around the world . We do not operate a physical store and generate all of our sales online.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
In general, there is no need to pay customs duties.
